This is a quick and easy way to keep your bike running better and remove all of those emissions canisters for Racing.
This is the same stuff we use on the Factory KTM race bikes. Kit includes OEM quality pre-bent hose,
Carb plug & sealing washer, Cylinder head plug, air-boot plug, zip ty.
Remove the small hose and fitting from Cylinder Head. Replace with a small bolt and loctite in.
Remove the large hose from the exhaust/ smog valve. You must remove the rear muffler and the header from the bike.
The header will not come out without removing the shock but you just need to pull the header off the exhaust manifold on the head for some room.
Using a #3 Phillips you can remove the 2 bolts that hold the SAS valve on so you can spin it off the head.
You can slightly move the SAS valve so you can get a straight shot from the right side of the bike to remove the 2 Phillip head bolts.
