This service is for 2011-20 KTM SXF/XCF and 2014-2020 FC/FX/FS Husqvarna Closed Course 4-stroke Fuel Injected MX bikes!  Only works for KTM SXF/XCF and Husqvarna FC/FX/FS Models!  With our ECU Tuning we are able to reduce Flameouts by about 50% normally.

This is a Re-Flash/ Tuning service that we perform on your Stock KTM & Husqvarna ECU that must be shipped to us here after ordering! I also recommend our 7 Ounce Clutch weight also for more tractable power and to reduce flameouts.


I have really clean ECU settings for all the KTM SX-F/XC-F and Husqvarna FC/FX/FS models.  When Re-Flashing your KTM or Husqvarna ECU we are making changes to fueling, timing, and Accelerator pump fueling.  The biggest issue with all the KTM and Husqvarna models, is them not getting enough fuel down low when you first crack the throttle.  This is the main root of the flameout issues.  When we Re-Tune your ECU we fix this problem along with cleaning up how the bike runs all the way through the powerband.  The software we use allows us to fine tune the ECU program in all throttle positions and RPM's.  Try it out for 30 days and if your not happy we will put it back to stock and give your money back.


KTM & Huskys with Map Switch and TC on the handlebars:  Your Maps are only different ignition maps.  My fueling changes affect everything while my ignition changes affect Map 1.  Map 2 (aggressive map) adds a preset amount of ignition timing to whatever is installed in Map 1.  TC works the same as before by detuning the ignition timing.



We can do the KTM EXC/XC-W and Husqvarna FE models below if you already have an unlocked ECU with the EURO Map Installed from your dealer before they were locked out of doing this in 2018. Even with the EURO map your 2017-19 KTM/Husqvarna EXC/FE 250/350450/500/501 model bikes will be in the neighborhood of 16:1 AFR which is in the danger zone at 8000 + RPM.  Our setup is also more performance oriented and will be another 10% jump in power over the standard EURO mapping. If you dont know what the EURO map is then you dont have it in your bike and I cannot make any changes to your ECU.  If you have a stock Map on your FE or EXC/ XC-W I can't do anything with it here.

I can make timing adjustments, Acceleration fuel changes, and general fuel changes to all RPM ranges.  I have very close settings for all these bikes.

I recently had Chris Blais Racing map the ECU on my EXC-F 350 and purchased the suggested clutch weight. I was skeptical on the results, but am writing to let you know this is a huge SUCCESS. The bike lugs better down low, doesn't stall as easy, and is much more responsive. If you have a 350 and looking to improve your power response this is a must add.

Exceeded Expectations

I received the ecu back on Saturday in time for a Sunday ride. Took the bike up into the Los Padres NF and rode mostly rocky single track, rock infested stream beds, and challenging jeep roads. Your tune exceeded my expectations. The bike starts quicker, has crisper throttle response, and more power just about everywhere. Mostly noticeable in the mid to upper range. It’s never pulled like that before. Never had any issue with flameouts or “cough and stall”, and still don’t. I ran this at really low rpms in first gear through rock gardens and it never stalled. Thanks for the remap. I am impressed, and will be spreading the word.

Way Better!

Thx Chris, no decel popping....and this new mapping definitely has the bike running better, honestly feels like its running another added tooth on the rear sprocket. What was previous 3rd gear thru the trails and trees now needs to be 4th gear....could actually go back to stock 50t rear vs. 51t.

Great Job!

Chris, On Sunday I finally rode my 18 350XCF you re-mapped, I didn't expect such a huge improvement. The bike comes right off of idle and tractors right thru. I'm currently running 13/50 gearing and now that needs to change back to stock 14/50. Great job!!!
