Thank you for being the biggest part of Hot Rod Hobbies! In this months newsletter we will once again focus on Hot Rod Hobbies and the importance of supporting your local hobby store and race track. As you all know, times are tough and it's very difficult at times for hobby stores to survive and compete with online stores. In the past month we have lost at least two track/hobby stores in Southern California. West Coast R/C Raceway and Redlands Raceway both closed their doors. At some point it is up to the racer to decide whether to buy from their local hobby store or online. A few things to keep in mind while making that decision. The biggest factor is customer service, an online store can't help you fix your car and you certainly can't race your R/C car online! We need you to survive and we count on your business to keep our doors open. Most hobby stores, much like Hot Rod Hobbies, offer all sorts of perks to compete. We always do our best to match online price so don't hesitate to ask!!! We appreciate all of you and your patronage and hope you consider your local hobby store when contemplating your next purchase! Hot Rod Hobbies has a fully stocked hobby store to support the racers and the vehicles we sell. We also feature two dirt offroad tracks behind our building where we host 3 weekly race programs. It is our goal to provide a quality race program and a fully stocked hobby store for all your R/C needs! Our knowledgeable, friendly staff will be waiting for you. We have a track rebuild coming up!!! On Sunday September 29, 2013, Levi Jackson of SIK Track Designs will once again be at Hot Rod Hobbies installing a brand new layout on Track #1 for the upcoming Reedy Truck Race, JBRL Electric Series Finals and JBRL Nitro Series Finals!!!

Repair Center
We offer a repair service for those who can't figure out their rides or those who just don't have time to wrench. Our hourly repair rate is $40 so bring those cars by anytime and we should have them done in a timely fashion!
