You can select our open airbox boot without the reeds when ordering your kit. This is a cleaner setup than just removing the reed cage restrictor.
JD Jetting FI Tuner:
The JD Power Surge 6X will allow correction for humidity, temperature, air pressure, along with race fuels & motor modifications. Dyno and field tested by JD himself. The tuner will adjust in a matter of seconds in 6 different zones. This includes an accelerator pump feature for more throttle response. The tuner is able to add or subtract fuel from the injection system. Conditions like rich or lean running, and stalling from flame-out at low revs can be corrected. The Power Surge stays mounted on the motorcycle or quad and is easy to adjust and understand.

Samco Hose Kit Key Features:
This is a high performance product which replaces your standard factory rubber hoses to a high quality Samco Sport silicone hose kit.
Thermostat Bypass hose kits remove the factory fitted thermostat from the cooling system, allowing better coolant flow and lower engine running temperatures.
Handmade in the UK and comes with a Lifetime Warranty ensuring you have the highest quality cooling products fitted to your motorcycle.
Samco hose clamps will be included also.
If you select a KTM model the hoses will come in orange, if you select a Husqvarna model hoses will be Blue!
Block Off Kit Key Features:
This is a quick and easy way to desmog your 2017-2018 KTM 250/350450/500 EXC and Husqvarna FE 250/350/ 450/ 501. Keep you bike running better and remove all of those emissions hoses and canister. Also includes valve cover breather hose relocation instructions. This is the same stuff we use on the Factory KTM race bikes. Our kit includes Qty 1 7075 Aluminum Cylinder head plug, 1 small plug, and 1 sealing washer to block off smog items, 1 High Quality Black Silicone Breather Hose/ Plug/ Zip Ties to reroute engine breather hose along with 6 pages of photos and detailed instructions. It's a pretty easy install for anyone with basic hand tools and some time.
