HTR Billet Oil Cooler Kit for KTM 400/450/530 R series motors. Fits 2008-2012 KTM 400/450/530 EXC-R/ XC-W Models with Single Cam Engine. Does not fit the new 2012 450/500 series engine.
INCREASES OIL CAPACITY BY 88%! Extends oil change intervals and reduces oil temperature up tp 40 degrees F. Manufactured from billet aircraft aluminum and leakproof. Easy installation. Pulls oil from the Hydraulic Cam chain tensioner and goes back in through the oil filter cap. Comes with oil cooler, steel braided oil lines, all sealing washers, bolts, and new oil filter cap.
Does not fit with New Style 3.2 gallon IMS tank that is slim and really long on the left side.
